Our rates are very competitive so order your currency now and have it waiting on board the ship saving you time and money. Exchange any unused EURO, US Dollar or Norwegian Krone notes back on board the ship and receive the same rate as at time of purchasing.
All orders must be paid for by bank transfer direct or debit card at the time of your order.

Travel currency online - How does it work?

Simply select which currencies you would like and specify the amount in the currency or in GBP (this will be rounded to the nearest currency note).

Fill in your name the Cruise code and departure details and then finally your booking reference and the departure date. The cruise code and booking reference should be available from your cruise ticket or confirmation. Please note that 4 clear business days are required in order to ensure the currency can be delivered to the ship. Orders placed later than this may miss the ship departure.

To pay by card you must use your Verified by Visa details or your Mastercard Secure details. If you do not have these set up your order will be rejected.
To pay by bank transfer please check that your bank supports faster payments, as otherwise your currency may be delayed as we do not dispatch until the transfer has arrived with us.

Then press Place Order.

You will be taken to a page to review your details once you are happy please press Confirm Order. Once confirmed if you are paying by card select the PAY NOW button and you will be taken to a secure site to verify your card information.

You will be sent a confirmation to the email address specified.

Your currency will be waiting for you at the welcome reception on board the ship. Any unused EURO, US Dollar or Norwegian Krone currency notes can be exchanged back on board the ship at the same rate they were purchased for.

Please note
Orders must be paid for by 15:00 on the before the currency is dispatched to the ship to ensure receipt.
Cash or Cheque deposits into our account cannot be accepted.
Some banks charge when using your DEBIT card to purchase currency. This can be as much as 2%. Please ensure you have checked with your bank as once charged the banks do not refund.

Cruise Information ?We are only able to supply currency for departure ports in the UK. Depending on the cruise date a minimum of four working days is required to ensure that your currency reaches the port. If you are unable to select your cruise code it means that unfortunately it is too late to order in advance.
Please remember that currency can also be purchased on board subject to availability.
